R.C. Subedi is the Founder and Managing Partner of Apex Law Chamber and a leading practitioner of intellectual property law in Nepal, with continuous practice since 1998. His practice focuses on trademark litigation, anti-counterfeiting and the enforcement of intellectual property rights, with regular appearances before the Supreme Court and High Courts of Nepal.
Over nearly three decades, Mr. Subedi has played a significant role in the development of Nepal’s IP jurisprudence, advising and representing clients in complex matters involving well-known marks, bad-faith registrations, trademark infringement, and the intersection of trademarks and geographical indications.
He is a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association of Nepal, International Trademark Association (INTA), and a former President of the Asian Patent Attorneys Association – Nepal Group. His practice and professional leadership have contributed to the advancement of intellectual property protection and jurisprudence in Nepal.
